Abstract
Hyperostosis frontalis interna (HFI) is one of several types of cranial hyperostosis that may be encountered on CT or MRI. It is a normal variant, and thus benign, characterized by nodular thickening of the inner table of the skull. We report a case of exuberant HFI first detected on MRI and then characterized by CT.
