Abstract
The simultaneous occurrence of cranial and spinal subdural hematoma is rare. The authors report a patient with sacral effusion and traumatic frontal subdural hematoma. A brief review of the relevant literature is presented. We believe that neurosurgeons should consider the possible rare concurrence of the intracranial and spinal subdural hematoma after head trauma when clinical symptoms warrant.
