Abstract
Overall, in view of the poor outcome of patients with all stages of pancreatic cancer, the NCCN Panel recommends that investigational options be considered in all phases of disease management. For patients with advanced disease, supportive care may be considered in accordance with the NCCN Palliative Care Guidelines (for the most up-to-date version of this and other guidelines, please visit http://www.nccn.org).
