Abstract

The literature on persons with ostomies deals primarily with technical aspects of stoma management. Recently, more information has appeared concerning the psychological aspects of the stoma experience. This author addresses herself to concepts of rehabilitation as these apply to the person with an ostomy. 1976 Association of Rehabilitation Nurses
