Abstract
Current hypercoagulation testing with the tests described in this article can identify a diagnosis in many if not most families with thrombophilia. The algorithms presented in the figures provide guidance in test selection and interpretation, taking into account the various interferences, advantages, and disadvantages of the available assays.
